11.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.

11.3. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

12.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of our services
  • Your violation of these terms or any applicable law
  • Property decisions or transactions made based on our reports
  • Any third-party claims related to your property activities
  • Inaccurate information provided by you

13. RERA Disclosure

13.1. GEN Z REAL ESTATE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Tamil Nadu.

13.2. RERA Registration Number: TN/Agent/0181/2024

13.3. This registration pertains to our real estate agency services and does NOT imply regulation or approval of LandLens as a property verification platform.

13.4. LandLens is a technology service and is not subject to RERA project registration requirements.

14. Intellectual Property Notice

14.1. All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology on the LandLens platform are the exclusive property of the Company.

14.2. Reports generated through LandLens are licensed for personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written permission.

14.3. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1. This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

15.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Disclaimer or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

15.3. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

16.1. If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from this Disclaimer.
