1. Definitions and Interpretation
"LandLens" refers to the property due diligence and verification platform operated by GEN Z REAL ESTATE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED under the brand Verified.RealEstate.
"Services" means the property verification, due diligence, document analysis, and related services provided through the LandLens platform.
"User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual, company, or entity accessing or using LandLens services.
"Report" means any verification report, due diligence document, or analysis generated through LandLens.
"Credits" refers to the prepaid units used to access LandLens services.
"Platform" means the LandLens website, application, and all associated interfaces.
"Third-Party Data" refers to information obtained from official records, public databases, and other authorized external sources.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1. By accessing, browsing, or using LandLens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2. If you are using LandLens on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2.3. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2.4. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
3. Nature of Services
3.1. Information Service Only: LandLens provides property verification and due diligence services for informational purposes. Our reports compile and analyze publicly available information, document submissions, and third-party data sources.
3.2. Not Legal Advice: LandLens reports and services DO NOT constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or professional legal services. The information provided should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified legal professional.
3.3. Not a Substitute for Professional Due Diligence: Our services are designed to assist in the due diligence process but are not intended to replace comprehensive legal, financial, or professional property assessments.
3.4. AI-Assisted Analysis: Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze documents and data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights should be verified by qualified professionals before making decisions.
3.5. Third-Party Data Dependency: Our reports rely on information obtained from official public records and other authorized data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such third-party data.
4. User Responsibilities and Obligations
4.1. Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including property details, survey numbers, and document uploads.
4.2. Document Authenticity: You warrant that all documents submitted are genuine, unaltered, and legally obtained. Submission of forged or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4.3. Lawful Use: You agree to use LandLens only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to real estate laws, data protection laws, and intellectual property rights.
4.4. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4.5. Professional Verification: You acknowledge that LandLens reports should be reviewed and verified by qualified legal and real estate professionals before making any property-related decisions.
4.6. No Unauthorized Access: You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other users' accounts, or our systems.
5. Credits, Payments, and Billing
5.1. Credit System: LandLens operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits must be purchased before accessing verification services.
5.2. Credit Pricing: Credit packages and pricing are displayed on our platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will not affect already purchased credits.
5.3. Credit Validity: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
5.4. Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or transferred between accounts.
5.5. Payment Methods: We accept payments through approved payment gateways. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors subject to their terms.
5.6. GST and Taxes: All prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of applicable GST (18%) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.7. Invoice: A GST-compliant invoice will be generated for all purchases and sent to your registered email address.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Platform Ownership: All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property of LandLens, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by GEN Z REAL ESTATE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
6.2. Report Ownership: While you retain ownership of documents you submit, the reports generated by LandLens, including their format, structure, and analysis methodology, remain our intellectual property.
6.3. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use reports for personal or internal business purposes only.
6.4. Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any LandLens content without our prior written consent.
6.5. Trademarks: "LandLens," "Verified.RealEstate," and associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Warranty: LANDLENS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2. No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided through our services. Property records may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
7.3. Third-Party Data Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data obtained from official records, public databases, or other third-party sources.
7.4. Limitation of Damages: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDLENS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
7.5. Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7.6. Investment Decisions: We are not liable for any losses arising from property investment, purchase, or sale decisions made based on our reports. All such decisions are made at your own risk.
8. Indemnification
8.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LandLens, GEN Z REAL ESTATE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Verified.RealEstate, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of LandLens services
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information you provide
- Any claims by third parties arising from your use of our services
- Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity
9. Service Availability and Modifications
9.1. Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9.2. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of LandLens at any time without prior notice or liability.
9.3. Third-Party Services: Our services may integrate with or depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of such third-party services.
9.4. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.
10. Account Termination
10.1. User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination unless eligible for refund under our Refund Policy.
10.2. Our Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to LandLens or other users.
10.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use LandLens ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
10.4. Survival: Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LandLens shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
11.3. Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
11.4. Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in English.
11.5. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12. Enterprise and API Users
12.1. Enterprise Agreements: Enterprise customers may be subject to additional terms specified in their service agreements, which shall supersede these terms to the extent of any conflict.
12.2. API Usage: Use of LandLens APIs is subject to API-specific terms and rate limits. Misuse or excessive usage may result in service restrictions.
12.3. White-Label Solutions: Resale, white-labeling, or redistribution of LandLens services without explicit written authorization is prohibited.
13. Miscellaneous Provisions
13.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LandLens regarding the use of our services.
13.2. Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
13.3. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
13.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

13.6. Language: These terms are drafted in English. In case of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
