Charged only when a record comes back. You approve every run first, and nothing found means nothing charged.

What we need

One thing at a time. Fill it in and press Run.

Pick the village or town, then the survey number.

You will see the price and your balance before it runs.

The answer

From the register, with its date and source.

Nothing run yet. The answer appears here with everything this mini adds:

  • Every subdivision of the survey in one table
  • The Tamil land class beside the English, as the register writes it
  • The patta number and extent of each holding

How this works

What it reads, what it needs, and how to read the answer.

What it does

Whether land is wet, dry or house site, what its soil is and whether it is government land all sit in the revenue register beside the owner. This mini reads those columns for a survey.

What you give it

The village and the survey number.

What it adds beyond the portal
  • Every subdivision of the survey in one table
  • The Tamil land class beside the English, as the register writes it
  • The patta number and extent of each holding
What it costs
1 credit per run

Charged only when the record comes back. You see your balance before you approve, and a run that finds nothing costs nothing.

How to read the result

One row per subdivision. Land type is the revenue class (nanjai is wet, punjai is dry, manai is house site); is government marks poramboke; the tax is the annual kist.

Where the data comes from

The revenue A-register copy we hold.

Questions people ask

Short answers, no jargon.

What do the soil numbers mean?

They are the register's soil class and type codes, used in the old assessment system. The land type column is the one that matters for use.

Why is it charged?

A register read across all subdivisions; one credit, waived when the survey is not held.
