Charged when the register answers, whether it holds a record or not: a clear answer is the answer. You approve every run first, and a search that fails is not charged.

What we need

One thing at a time. Fill it in and press Run.

Drop a pin, paste a Google Maps link, or use your location.

No pin yet. Tap the land, paste a link, or use your location.

You will see the price and your balance before it runs.

The answer

From the register, with its date and source.

Nothing run yet. The answer appears here with everything this mini adds:

  • The temple named when there is a match, with the register reference
  • The survey located from the pin, so the check is on the right parcel
  • A plain verdict with what absence does and does not prove

How this works

What it reads, what it needs, and how to read the answer.

What it does

Temple land cannot be sold by a private party, and a deed on it is void. The HR&CE department keeps a register of the parcels temples hold; this mini checks a survey against it.

What you give it

A pin on the map.

How to read the result

A match names the temple and the register reference. No match is a good sign but not a legal guarantee: the register is of recorded temple lands.

Where the data comes from

The HR&CE temple land register of about 214,000 parcels.

Questions people ask

Short answers, no jargon.

No match means it is not temple land?

It means the register we hold has no entry for that survey. Verify My Land runs this with the other registers for a fuller picture.

Why is it charged?

It is a register lookup we maintain; one credit per survey, waived when the lookup fails.

Still unsure? Ask LandLens One, it can reason about this parcel with you.
