Approvals on a survey number
Every recorded planning approval on a survey number: layout approvals, building permits, completion certificates and RERA registrations, grouped by place, from our consolidated permit index.
What we need
One thing at a time. Fill it in and press Run.
The answer
From the register, with its date and source.
Nothing run yet. The answer appears here with everything this mini adds:
- The reverse of the portals: survey number in, every approval ever recorded on it out
- Exact, parent and adjacent matches told apart, so a permit on a sibling sub-division is not mistaken for yours
- What was searched and the years each register spans, so an empty answer is honest about its coverage
How this works
What it reads, what it needs, and how to read the answer.
No government portal lets you start from a survey number and ask what has been approved on it. This mini does exactly that over our consolidated index of CMDA, DTCP, panchayat and RERA records, and tells you how each record was tied to the survey.
One or more survey numbers, and the village, taluk or district they sit in. Without a place the search is statewide and bare survey numbers repeat everywhere.

Charged only when the record comes back. You see your balance before you approve, and a run that finds nothing costs nothing.
Records are grouped by the place the approval names. Exact means the register wrote your survey number; parent means a different sub-division of the same survey; adjacent means a neighbouring survey. Refusals and disputes are marked and never read as approvals.
Our consolidated planning permit index built from the CMDA registers, the statewide DTCP and panchayat approvals, and the RERA project register, refreshed on a weekly cadence.
Questions people ask
Short answers, no jargon.
Does an empty result mean the plot has no approval?
No. It means nothing in the registers we hold names that survey. The answer lists what was searched and the years each register covers, so you can see what an empty result does and does not prove.
What does a parent match mean?
The approval names the parent survey or another sub-division of it. Your plot may sit inside that layout, or the permit may belong to a sibling plot; open the record to see which sub-divisions it lists.
Can I open the approval document?
Where the register carries the letter or the plan, the record links to it.
What does it cost?
Four credits, and only when a record comes back. Nothing found is not charged.
