How is a sweep priced?

Can I sweep a whole district?
Yes, pick the district and leave the taluk and village open. Expect the cap to apply, so add an extent range.
Can it filter out agricultural land or poramboke?
Only government land, through the government exclusion. There is no wet, dry or agricultural filter; check each parcel's land class after the sweep.
Is the holder the owner today?
The holder is from our copy of the revenue A-register, not a live pull. Run the land record mini on any parcel that matters.
