Every parcel within a radius
Sweep the cadastral map around a pin for every parcel inside the radius you set, with survey number, extent, whether it is government land and the recorded holder where the register names one, filtered by extent and by the zones to avoid.
What we need
One thing at a time. Fill it in and press Run.
The answer
From the register, with its date and source.
Nothing run yet. The answer appears here with everything this mini adds:
- Extent in acres and whether each parcel is government land, from the cadastral layer and the revenue register
- The recorded holder beside each parcel where the register snapshot names one, at no extra cost
- Zone exclusions applied on the map itself, so a flood or forest parcel never makes the list
How this works
What it reads, what it needs, and how to read the answer.
Land acquisition starts with a list. This mini sweeps the state cadastral layer around a pin and returns every parcel inside the radius with the facts that decide whether it is worth a call.
A pin and a radius. Extent limits and zone exclusions narrow the list.

Charged only when the record comes back. You see your balance before you approve, and a run that finds nothing costs nothing.
Thirty parcels a page, in the order the layer returns them. A parcel marked government is not for sale. Anything this sweep cannot filter on, zoning, vacancy, guideline value, is said plainly under the table.
The state cadastral boundary layer, the revenue A-register snapshot for the recorded holder, and the zone layers for exclusions.
Questions people ask
Short answers, no jargon.
How is a sweep priced?
Four credits open a sweep. For the next 24 hours the same pin, radius and exclusions cost nothing for the first five pages, then one credit for every five pages after.
Can it filter by land use or vacant land?
No. The sweep filters by extent and by the zone layers only. Zoning, vacancy and value need the other minis on each parcel.
Why is the total capped?
A wide radius in a dense area matches thousands of parcels. The sweep stops at the cap it reports; narrow the radius or add an extent filter.
Is this the owner today?
The holder is from our register snapshot, not a live pull. Run the land record mini on any parcel that matters.
Still unsure? Ask LandLens One, it can reason about this parcel with you.
