Charged only when a record comes back. You approve every run first, and nothing found means nothing charged.

What we need

One thing at a time. Fill it in and press Run.

Drop a pin, paste a Google Maps link, or use your location.

No pin yet. Tap the land, paste a link, or use your location.

You will see the price and your balance before it runs.

The answer

From the register, with its date and source.

Nothing run yet. The answer appears here with everything this mini adds:

  • True boundary neighbours from the cadastral map, not everything within a radius
  • Owner names in Tamil and English from the revenue register
  • Road access: which sides touch a road parcel

How this works

What it reads, what it needs, and how to read the answer.

What it does

Knowing the neighbours settles access, boundary disputes and who to talk to before a purchase. This mini finds the parcels that actually touch the plot on the cadastral map and reads their owners from the revenue register.

What you give it

A pin on the map. The parcel under it is located first.

What it adds beyond the portal

  • Road access: which sides touch a road parcel
What it costs
2 credits per run

Charged only when the record comes back. You see your balance before you approve, and a run that finds nothing costs nothing.

How to read the result

Each neighbour with its survey number, owner and a flag when it is government, road or poramboke land. Road access lists the sides that meet a road parcel.

Where the data comes from

The state cadastral boundary layer for adjacency and the revenue ownership register for names.

Questions people ask

Short answers, no jargon.

Why is a neighbour marked government?

Its parcel is recorded as poramboke: a road, a channel, a tank bed or other government land.

Are the owner names current?

They are the register copy we hold. For the live record of any one neighbour, run the land record mini on its survey.

Why two credits?

Adjacency is computed on the cadastral geometry and every neighbour is looked up in the register.

Still unsure? Ask LandLens One, it can reason about this parcel with you.
