Older deeds
Deeds from a generation ago often write kuli, maa, kaani or veli. The table puts them in today's units.

A conversion only restates the extent you type. Check that extent against the patta and the FMB sketch of the survey, and note that some districts and older deeds use a kaani of 40,000 sq.ft rather than the 57,600 used here.

Some districts and older deeds use a kaani of 40,000 square feet, so read the extent written on the deed beside it.
