Can I check Chennai property tax by address?

Can I search by the owner's name?
No. The registers are searched by number or address only, never by a person's name.
Are the dues up to date?
The corporation and water board registers are searched from a stored copy, and the dues are read again live when a single bill matches. For a payment made today, the Chennai tax bill mini reads the bill straight from the portal.
Does it show the electricity bill?
Yes, when you give the TNEB consumer number (10 to 15 digits, as printed on the bill). It is read live from the electricity board.
Does it work outside Chennai?
