G.O. Ms. No. 69, Acquisition of Lands, 2015

What the notification does

The Highways and Minor Ports Department notification under G.O. Ms. No. 69, Highways and Minor Ports (HW2), dated 30th June 2015, amends an earlier land acquisition notification. The earlier notification was published as No. II(2)/Highways and Minor Ports/827/2012 in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 12th December 2012 and related to G.O. (Ms.) No. 190, dated 19th November 2012.

The 2015 amendment replaces two entries in the acquisition schedule for Lyon Grant Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District. The amendment itself is published as No. II(2)/HWMP/323(c)/2015.

Land and owners affected

The substituted schedule entries concern Government dry land in the following survey fields:

• Survey No. 78/1A1 part, subdivided as Survey No. 78-1A1B, belonging to Aravind Kumar M. Patel, son of Mulji M. Patel.
• Survey No. 78/2 part, subdivided as Survey No. 78-2B, belonging to Thilakavathy, wife of Sankar, and A. Shanthi, wife of Anand.

The first entry covers 77 square metres. The second entry covers 356 square metres.

• South boundary, Survey No. 92.

For Survey No. 78/2 part, the substituted description records:
