Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Tiruppur Local Planning Area (3 VI 1 v5)

What the notification does

Notification No. VI(1)/19/2021 of the Tiruppur Local Planning Authority varies the land use schedule in the approved Master Plan for the Tiruppur Local Planning Area. • Survey No. 476/2B1C is added under mixed residential use.
• The notification also directs that Survey No. 476/2B1C be added after the entry for Survey No. 425 in the mixed residential use list.

The result is that only part of the original Survey No. 476/2 remains listed for agricultural use, while Survey No. 476/2B1C is listed for mixed residential use.
