Land acquisition in Cuddalore District

The Highways and Minor Ports Department, through G.O. (D) No. 228 dated 26 November 2010, acquires 0.10.5 hectare in Panikkankuppam Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District. The land is required to provide an approach road to a bridge.

Kadayanallur planning area

The Housing and Urban Development Department, through G.O. Ms. No. 249 dated 12 November 2010, publishes the Government's approval of the draft Modified Master Plan submitted for the Kadayanallur Local Planning Area by the Director of Town and Country Planning.

The approved Modified Master Plan and all enclosures are available for public inspection at the Kadayanallur Municipality during office hours. The Gazette extract does not provide individual zoning or land use details, so a buyer or owner must inspect the plan and enclosures at the municipality to understand how a particular property is classified.
