What the notification does

The Deputy Registrar (Dairying), Tiruvallur, dissolved 20 milk producers' cooperative societies in the Ponneri area of Tiruvallur district under section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. The Cooperative Sub Registrar (Legal Work), serving in the office of the Deputy Registrar (Dairying), Tiruvallur, was appointed as the dissolution officer for each society.

The decisions are recorded in proceedings dated 8 April 2019 and 10 April 2019. They were published under Department Heads' Notifications in Tamil Nadu Gazette Number 50 on 9 December 2020.
