• The Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Industrial Co-operatives), District Industries Centre, Sivagangai, was appointed as Official Liquidator for that society.

Erode planning notifications

The Commissioner of Town and Country Planning issued two Erode related notifications.

Key points:

• The Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in No.VI(1)/88/2019 dated 14th February 2019, confirmed a variation to the approved Surampatti Detailed Development Plan No. 2 of Erode Local Planning Area.
• That confirmation deletes the B1-B1, 40 feet widening of scheme road, except the existing 30 feet road, in Surampatti Village, Erode Corporation.
• The confirmation states that no objections and suggestions were received within the stipulated time.
• The Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in No.VI(1)/89/2019 dated 15th February 2019, proposed an individual draft variation to the approved Periyasemur Detailed Development Plan No. 1.
• The proposal is for conversion of public purpose use and residential use into commercial use in S.F.No.33/3pt, 4, 5pt, 6pt, 7pt, extent 3418 square metres, in Periyasemur Village, Zone II, Erode Corporation.
• The notice says affected or interested persons may represent in person or submit objections and suggestions in writing to the Member Secretary, Erode Local Planning Authority within sixty days from publication in the gazette.
• The variation with plan may be inspected free of cost during office hours at the Local Planning Authority office.

Thiruvallur and Coimbatore master plan changes

The gazette also publishes master plan variations for Thiruvallur and Coimbatore Local Planning Areas.

• The Thiruvallur Local Planning Area variation changes land use entries in Village Number 75, Thiruvallur, by moving specified survey numbers from mixed residential use treatment to commercial use treatment.
