The boundaries shown are based on digitized FMB and cadastral records. While highly accurate, there may be minor variations due to digitization errors. For legal purposes, always verify with physical FMB from the Survey Department.

Survey Number identifies the land parcel, while Patta Number identifies the ownership record. One survey number can have multiple patta numbers if the land has been subdivided and owned by different people. Conversely, one patta can cover multiple survey numbers if owned by the same person.

No, poramboke land cannot be purchased. If the tool shows "Government Land", do not proceed with the purchase as such transactions are illegal and void. Government land includes roads, water bodies, burial grounds, and reserved lands.
