What the procedures govern

The Tamil Nadu Housing Board procedures govern the sale and allotment of residential plots, flats and houses through an online draw. Applications are invited from the public after notices are published in leading newspapers and on the Tamil Nadu Housing Board website.

Units are reserved for different categories according to Government Order (Ms.) No. 2, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 2 January 2013. Separate draws are held for each income category.
