Where the data comes from
The LandLens library of deed and agreement templates, written for Tamil Nadu registration practice, each with its own form of fields and a Word export.
33 templates: adoption, cancellation, construction agreement, partnership and its dissolution, exchange, further charge (with and without possession), gift, lease, mortgage (with possession, without, and by sale), partition, power of attorney (general, special and its cancellation), promissory note, ratification, receipt of repayment, rectification, release, rental agreement, revocation of settlement, sale agreement, sale deed, settlement, deposit of title deeds, trust, will and its cancellation, and rent receipts and invoices.
Templates change when we revise one. The link always opens the current template.
Fields are matched to the template's own field names; unknown names are ignored. Dates in day-first form (01-04-2025), month names, durations in words ("eleven months") and amounts written with "Rupees ... Only" are normalised to what the form expects.

Limits and good practice
- The API returns a link, not the document. The deed is reviewed and exported to Word on the page the link opens.
- For rent receipts and invoices, draft_url opens the rent receipts mini.
- Field names must match the template's own. A name it does not know is dropped silently; read filled to see what was accepted.
- A draft is a starting point. Have it vetted before it is printed on stamp paper and executed.
